GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: Lal-Lo lies on the eastern coastline on the northern part of the province of Cagayan, some eighty-four (84) kilometers north from the provincial capital in Tuguegarao City, facing the Pacific Ocean on the east. The town is bounded by Camalaniugan, Buguey, Santa Teresita and Gonzaga on the north, Gattaran and Lasam on the south, and Allacapan on the west.
