GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: Peñablanca occupies the southeastern corner of the province of Cagayan, some ten (10) kilometers east from the provincial capital in Tuguegarao City, facing the Pacific Ocean on the east. The town is bounded by Baggao on the north, Amulung on the northwest, Iguig and Tuguegarao on the west, and San Pablo in Isabela province on the south.
