GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: Solana lies inland on the western edge of the southern part of the province of Cagayan, some eleven (11) kilometers west from the provincial capital in Tuguegarao City. The town is bounded by Amulung on the north, Iguig and Tuguegarao on the east, Enrile and a part of Apayao province on the south, and Tuao and Piat on the west.
