The Philippine RetireAs per Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, as enforced by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), all government offices are required to promote integrity, accountability, proper management of public affairs and public property, as well as establish effective practices, aimed at efficient turnaround of the delivery of government services and the prevention of graft and corruption in government.

The PRA Head Office and its four (4) Satellite Offices in Baguio, Cebu, Clark-Subic, and Davao, in the best interest of public service, strictly comply with ARTA’s requirements of posting and adherence to its updated Citizen’s Charter detailing the Authority’s processes, documentary requirements, fees to be paid, processing time, and the responsible units performing the activities, and other practices as required by the governing agency.

Last year on October 17, the Baguio Satellite Office underwent ARTA inspection on its compliance with the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Law to ensure that the office’s processes are streamlined for a smoother and hassle-free services for the people. Subsequently on March 6, 2024, ARTA also paid PRA’s Clark-Subic Satellite Office a visit to monitor its concurrence with the EODB Law, including the policy on combating fixing activities. The Head Office of the Authority also underwent the scrutiny of ARTA on March 19, 2024, to observe the processes within the office, its alignment with the updated Citizen’s Charter, and its reinforcement with the compliance and policies of the governing agency.

Through the continuous and strict adherence of the Authority and its Satellite Offices to the EODB Law, clients and stakeholders are promised of a transparent, efficient, and CORRUPTION-FREE environment at Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA).
