ID Services

Refers to printing of ID Cards for updating/renewal of SRRV including replacement and duplication

Qualification Process

Refers to the annual renewal of SRRV holder's ID cards (as per PRA Circular 001 dated 26 January 2021) and payment of their corresponding Annual PRA Fee (APF), ID Fees, applicable Visitorial/Harmonization Fees; and compliance of documentary requirements.

For SRRV holders who are under the Regular Scheme, Special Reduced Deposit (SRD) and Modified Special Reduced Deposit (MSRD) - ID Fee ($10.00)

Through walk-in Transaction in PRA-Head Office
  1. Obtain queuing number from Public Assistance Desk
  2. Proceed to Servicing Lounge, while waiting, fill out the Retiree's Request Form (RRF)
  3. RRF to be presented to the Servicing Front Desk Officer, together with the Guarantee Letter (if through representative/marketer) and other applicable supporting documents for assessment.
  4. Servicing Front Desk Officer to prepare Order Payment Slip (OPS), re-encode RRF and OPS via SIMS.
  5. Retiree/representative/marketer to proceed to cashier for payment for the issuance of the Official Receipt (OR)
  6. OIC/DC sign approval request for printing and release of ID card
  7. Processor to update retiree information and print iD cards
  8. Release printed ID Cards.
Request received through Email/Satellite Office
  1. Acknowledge Receipt of Receipt
  2. Records entry in database
  3. Verify/evaluate records & compliance of requirements
  4. Prepare OPS
  5. Forward RRF-OPS and Proof of payment to FMD for ID Card
  6. Issuance of OR
  7. OIC/DC sign approval request for printing and release of ID Card
  8. Update retiree information and print ID Cards
  9. Forward printed ID cards to PRA-Satellite Office Unit (SOU) Courier ID Cards to designated addresses (local/overseas) of SRRV holders and/ or marketers/representative

Qualification Process

SRRV ID Cards are replaced (fee of US$10.00) whenever there is an update in the SRRV holder's information and contact details that needs to be reflected on the ID card or in cases of its loss/damage

Qualification Process

SRRV holders and their marketers/representatives may request for a duplicate ID card which will cost them US$10.00 per printed ID card

The renewal of SRRV ID can be done through the following:

  1. Walk-in transaction at the PRA Office

    You may visit the PRA Office from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Due to the COVID-19 health and safety protocols being implemented, only guests with confirmed appointments will be allowed entry. To book an appointment, please send an email to appointment@pra.gov.ph.

  2. Email/Courier

    You may also choose renewing your ID card thru email/courier. Please message us at id_renewal@pra.gov.ph with a scanned copy of your PRA ID card as well as your passport biopage and other documentary requirements. Please wait for further instructions from the Servicing Division.

Below are the requirements:

  1. Retiree Request Form (RRF) - Fill-out all required information
  2. Copy of latest SRRV ID Card
  3. Copy of latest passport
  4. Recent 2x2 ID picture in high resolution
  5. Notarized Guarantee Letter (if renewal thru a representative)
  6. Additional requirements in case the visa deposit has been converted into an active investment
  7. Payment of fees [Annual PRA Fees (APF), ID Fees, Visitorial/Harmonization Fees, (whichever is applicable)

  1. Bank Deposit (for Renewal thru Email/Courier)

    After completion of the requirements, you may pay via over-the-counter transactions (regular deposit) to any branch of the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) . Kindly see the bank details below :

    Once payment has been made, please email a scanned copy or clear photo of the validated Land Bank deposit slip to id_renewal@pra.gov.ph

  2. Wire Transfer (for Renewal thru Email/Courier)

    After completion of all requirements, you may also remit the fees via wire transfer by following the bank details below:

    Be reminded that bank charges must be shouldered by the retiree when paying thru telegraphic transfers. Land Bank of the Philippines collects US$5.00 bank charge.

  3. Pay in Person

    You can pay in cash (in USD or Php) at the PRA Cashier. Ensure that you are issued the Official Receipt.

For new ID cards to be mailed within the Philippines, there is an additional Php 150.00 courier fee.

For new ID cards to be mailed abroad, courier fees must first be confirmed with our courier service provider since fees vary depending on the destination.

Kindly provide your complete address where to send back your new ID card, including your contact numbers.

Your representative may also personally get the ID card provided the latter presents a written authority.

Pursuant to PRA Circular dated 26 January 2021, validity of SRRV ID Card has been limited to one (1) year only.
