The Administrative Support Division is responsible for organizing, controlling, and directing activities specifically in the areas of human resources development, disciplines, records, management, property management, general services requirement, and keeping order and cleanliness if the office premises.

Learning and Development


The growth and success of employees are among the priorities of Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) as these certainly reflect on the productivity, efficiency, and competence of the Authority. Given this, PRA ensures that targeted interventions and development opportunities are provided to all employees.

True to its commitment, a total of forty-eight (48) seminars and training were conducted last FY 2023, targeting various technical and soft skills, quality and team interventions, as well as products and services training. As for the first semester of FY 2024, a total of nine (9) training sessions were already held, participated by employees from different departments and divisions to continuously strengthen their skills and competencies appropriate to their job responsibilities and functions.

The Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) believes that an Authority run by motivated and valued employees is the key to a more productive and efficient functioning. The employees serve as the face, the voice, and the heart of operations, and empowering them fosters a long-term success that is reflected back to the Authority.

To put this belief in practice, the Administrative Support Division (ASD) implements several activities all throughout the year to boost the morale and motivation of employees, taking a holistic approach with considerations to their physical, mental, financial, and spiritual well-being.

Pursuant to the Republic Act No. 9710 Magna Carta of Women, and as part of the Gender and Development program, the Philippine Retirement Authority joined the nation in celebrating the 2023 National’s Women’s Month, observed last March 1 to 31.

Transparency and Operational Efficiency

All government offices are required to promote integrity, accountability, proper management of public affairs and public property, as well as to establish effective practices, aimed at efficient turnaround of the delivery of government services and the prevention of graft and corruption in government as per Republic Act No. 11032: An Act Promoting Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Services Amending for the Purpose Republic Act No. 948, Otherwise Known as the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007, and for Other Purposes.

The PRA Head Office and its four (4) Satellite Offices in Baguio, Cebu, Clark, and Davao comply with the ARTA’s requirements through the posting of updated Citizen’s Charter which contain various details of PRA processes, including documentary requirements, fees to be paid, processing time, and the specific units performing the processing activities. The Citizen’s Charter provides transparency in PRA’s processes, and empowers esteemed clients and stakeholders as they do transactions with the Authority.

Through this, the Philippine Retirement Authority continues to create a CORRUPTION-FREE environment.
