The Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) strictly adheres to the policy of the State on the Freedom of Information (FOI) promulgated through Executive Order(E.O.) No. 2, series of 2016.

To efficiently implement the directive of the cited law, those who intends to request documents/information from the PRA may refer to the details specified below.

  • Completed FOI Request Form
  • Authorization for a Representative
  • One (1) Valid Government-recognized Identification (ID) Card

Please submit the following to the PRA’s Office or via email at pra_foi@pra.gov.ph

Please note that the turnaround time for the FOI Requests, based on the Section9(d) of the E.O. No. 2, is fifteen (15) working days from PRA’s receipt of the complete requirements mentioned above.
