The PRA, in its efforts to comply with internationally-accepted standards that commits to quality service requires a "quality seal", through the ISO 9001:2015 Certification. This "quality seal" aims to enhance levels of trust and credibility formats stake holders.
The ISO 9001:2015 seeks to improve a documented management system used to manage quality otherwise known as the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company. This is part of the PRA's strategic measures in its Performance Scorecard which equals to attaining/maintaining the ISO 9001 Certification.
The journey of PRA in establishing its QMS certificiable to ISO 9001 started in2014. PRA was granted the ISO 9001:2008 in 2017. In 2018 PRA upgraded its QMSto conform with the new version of th standard: ISO 9001:2015. Since then, PRA continuously maintains its ISO 9001:2015 certification, making the agency compliant with international quality management system standards.
The PRA QMS covers all processes (Management, Core and Support) in all PRA sites, as embodied in the PRA process map.
