Resident Retiree Servicing Department

Resident Retiree Servicing Department

Plans, directs, organizes and controls the activities of the Department to ensure the effective and efficient of services to resident retirees.

Satellite Offices

Satellite Offices

Established in key growth corridors located at Baguio City, Clark-Subic Area, Cebu City and Davao City to promote the PRA Program in the area, screen and pre-process pertinent documents of the enrolees.

Marketing Department

Marketing Department

Plans, organizes, directs and controls the operations of the Marketing Department in accordance with the objectives established by the higher management.

Management Services Department

Undertakes the development of the Authority's plans and programs encompassing the conceptualization and implementation of relevant policies and procedures including the preparation of corporate operation budget and supportive to and consistent with the Authority's mission and vision.

Oversees, directs and controls the overall operations and internal administration of the Authority; directs the enforcement and implementation of orders, policies and directives laid down by the Board, and sets the appropriate measures of performance of PRA pertinent to corporate goals and objectives.

For and in behalf of the General Manager, oversees, directs and control the planning, implementation evaluation and overall administration of the programs and operations of the Philippine Retirement Authority.

Administrative and Finance Services

Manages the financial resources of PRA through the provision of accounting and budgetary services. Supports all organizational units through provisions of human and physical requirements.

Internal Audit

Responsible in strengthening the internal control system in the Authority and shall undertake activities designed to ensure that the management achieve efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reports and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.

An Act that aims to improve the efficiency in the delivery of Government Service to the public by reducing Bureaucratic Red Tape, preventing Graft and Corruption and provide penalties once therefor. Its overall intention is to increase transparency and promote honesty and responsibility in government service delivery.
